Regular Cleaning (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
Flat rate £20 per hour.
Soda&Soap focuses on identifying the places that need to be cleaned instead of following a list that does not alway fit every home.
There might be mould on the wall, paint on the carpet, or the fridge is dirty. We can and we are willing to clean these.
Simply arrange a time that recurs, and let natural cleaning wow you, every time.

Flat rate £25 per hour.
**£10 Petrol fee applies when the distance is over 15 miles.**
One-off including moving in and out cleaning.
These types of cleaning are charged higher than regular cleaning for the reason that more wipes, scrubbing pads and more labour are needed.
The ammount of time will be 1-2 hours longer than regular cleaning. Please refer to the FAQ below see estimated time.

When there is no special requirements, the general cleaning covers dusting cobwebs, wiping all the horizontal surfaces, stove, toaster, microwave, sinks, toilets, bath tub, shower cabin, mirror, handles, handels, tidy up the bed and sofa, hoover and mop the floor.
However, when it is a regular cleaning, many surfaces acutally doesn’t require weekly dusting. That’s why after the first time of general cleaning (the tasks above) our cleaner has time to do other tasks like clean the bin, mould, fridge, curtain poles, oven…
Because we charge by hours, so it becomes flexible for the customer and the cleaner to change up the tasks accordingly. Each time, the cleaner can arrange the tasks the customer give into a flow that fit into the time frame.
That is why Flow instead of check-list.

For regular cleaning, 1-2 bedroom properties will take 2 hours; 3-4 bedroom properties will take 2-4 hours. Pease the fisrt cleaning usually can take 1-2 hours extra. Before the first clean, we can arrange a time to have a look of the house first to estimate the hour more accurately, and this survice is free.
The one-off cleaning, is usually 1-3 hours more than the regular cleaning.
If the cleaner can finish before the booked time, we will only charge you the real cleaning time.

Sorry, we can not at the moment. If the cleaning needs a long time, eg. 8 hours, we can arrange a two-day process.

Bank transfer is preferred, but we also accept cash. You will receive an invoice after the cleaning. which is payable within 3 working days.

They are soap, soap nuts, vinegar, citric acid and sodium carbonate. Sometimes we use steam, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide for tougher dirts. We also use cotton towels as our wipes, good quality brushes and gloves, plant scrubbers, copper scrubbers to prevent the waste go to mother Earth too frequently.
